We ran around like the proverbial blue-arsed flies trying to clear the decks for the window fitters, but they arrived half an hour early so we never really caught up with them. Brian and James were very efficient - this shot was taken on my way to the store and when I returned less than five minutes later, the replacement for the window missing here was already in place. Mind you, they had a lot more trouble with the tricky kitchen window .

They return tomorrow to put in new sills, and the painter should follow on some time next week. Double glazing - woo-hoo!
