What a day!!  Awake since 4am, went to work and had an extremely busy day training the other temp...

Thanks to an accident on the M4 tonight, I stayed at work til 7pm :(  No point in going anywhere would just be sat in traffic...

Went to a later weigh in class and I lost 2.5lb this week!  So please with myself, but absolutely shattered now and off to bed fairly soon I think...
