A fortunate accident.

Not a brilliant shot I'll grant you, but it shows something I'd never noticed.
Lately we've had an outbreak/epidemic of greenfinches. Today the entire family was whizzing around the feeder & I was trying for how many I could catch in frame. Instead I caught one with its tail unfurled, as it were. I've never before been able to se those yellow side flashes; and didn't see them this time  - until I had the photo up to see on computer.
