Great skies over Cheesefoot Head tonight.

Really enjoying being back out on the bike over the past few days - the good weather definitely helps.

... and it takes my mind off the fact that I can't run at the moment due to yet another calf strain.

I think I will focus on the bike for the rest of the month and let the calf heal properly as I want to be able run most days on our USA trip in September.
