Relaxed?

More time on the deck with Pearl. A little ambivalent about the camera in my face. Yet always the urge to tell my story in whatever way I can.

 Objectively, I see strength and even a certain determination in this woman's face. Her face looks bravely out upon the world, yet the eves look soft and vulnerable. She holds herself together much of the time. She makes the most of joyful or humorous moments. And the opportunity to love is always welcome. Still, I see in her moist green eyes an appeal that denies the firm mouth and chin. Her eyes reveal more than she is willing to tell...
