Day 4: Somewhere you sat

I love this image, mostly because E took it, but also because I got to spend a few minutes with M on my lap where I had her undivided attention. I got to study her face and her mine. Such a pretty thing. (biased mummy of course). I think E did a pretty good job for her first attempt.

Woke feeling really relaxed and happy after our night with J's friends, bit groggy from the bottle of wine though! I lay in bed listening to the girls chatting to L in such a lovely way. They've been banned from TV today for not going to bed properly last night so I could hear every word, and they seemed to play more nicely without the distraction of the TV. I must ban them more often!

So far we've watched the womens Triatholon which after 2 hours intensive racing was an exciting photo finish. The girls have done a few renditions of "Im a believer" on their kareoke machine. Ouch.

Just off to watch my step dad DJ in a tent at Campbell Park. Think its his 2nd ever time playing out!
