Sitting in the Sun...

This morning we had the heaviest frost so far this winter. In fact it was the heaviest August frost since about 1993. Amelia the Birman enjoyed basking in the winter sun as the day warmed up. I was busy getting medical needs attended to.... An injection in my wrist for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, arrangements made to have the pain in my left foot investigated and then this afternoon acupuncture for my lower back and foot. Apart from those little setbacks I have had a lovely day with husband and friends.
