Today.......
pictures tell a story of the day. Three different cameras, used the Leica this morning to get some pics of Little B and the clan in my bed, moving on to the A7RII to get a video of Little B as he began his search for the rat once again. Finishing off with the Fuji for some stills of Little B. Each has it's own merits and I feel lucky to be able to have such a choice. It's been a rodent kind of day. I looked out of my bedroom window this morning to spy my neighbour's tabby sitting under our cherry tree with what looked like a little grey mouse...... it turned out it was a mouse, too petrified to make a move. When I looked closer the cat scarpered carrying it's prey back to the surrounding cul de sac :( Wish I could have saved it but I think it was pretty much half gone by the time I saw it. Around 11 a.m Little B made a dash to the rat corner of the garden and we spent some time watching him foraging for the elusive rat, it seems to be living between our fence and our neighbour's bamboo fencing and Little B is wildly frustrated at not being able to get it although he excavated some earth and managed to bite some Ivy and Jasmine into submission! This evening our walk was chilly and I wore my hoody and a scarf.
