Whale of a time

A bit jet lagged today despite sleeping for 12 hours solid last night. It's incredibly hot and humid here in the US. Had a quietish day involving a trip to the coast with my family. We had lunch and a stroll in a pretty town called Newburyport, fairly typical of the New England coastline. This boat offering whale watching made me laugh.

Everyone is talking about the Olympic opening ceremony here. The Queen appearing with James Bond was such a hit. Rather selfishly, the American media is only interested in American athletes, so I've been going online to keep up with Team GB's progress. Third in the medal table now - woo hoo!
