Rowan berries

A relaxing day off catching up with chores, a gym session and the highlight of the day was a blip meet with ANewDay and her husband.  Having got to 'know' her over the last four years on blip, it was really great to meet up and enjoy a cuppa, scone and a good 'blether'!  
Although still in the early part of August, it is beginning to feel that we are coming to the end of summer.  The harvest locally is in full swing, the mornings are a wee bit chillier and the berries are turning a deeper red.  It was a miserable evening here and I very nearly lit the wood burner.  Let's hope there is some warmer weather still to come!
