Misty view from Skaget
It was a bright morning so we drove into the Langsua National Park and walk up its highest hill, Skaget (1686 metres). It was pleasantly warm as we went up the corrie, but around we could see isolated showers and just as we got towards the top it came on to rain. Being ever hopeful we put on enough clothes to keep warm and dry and hoped it would clear. There were tantilising glimpses of the Jotunheim hills and eventually we had reasonable views. The blip is of the breaking cloud and some of the hills in Jotunheim National Park. Annoyingly it cleared completely when we were most of the way down and was quite warm. The views would have been amazing. We drove on to Jotunheim and stayed handy for more hill walking if the weather played ball.
