Victorian living

I'm making an assumption this building is Victorian. Everything around it was built around 1885 so it must be. 

I love the symmetry here but most of all I love the enclosed balconies in the centre of the building. They look original. 

Seems quite forward thinking to have uncovered "outside/inside" balconies in these old buildings.

Weather: blue skies with cloud; 16 degrees c; tshirt weather; nice day very light showers at times
