Overcast and cool.  Just a quick walk around the neighborhood took me past the Lion & Rose B&B - it's for sale.  You could just have it as a single family home but there's not much call for 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms these days... but it could be a fun business to take over if one were so inclined - not for me, that's for sure.
