I'm hoping this was a casual loss vs. a snatched off the ground so fast feathers flew kind of loss. It seemed the size of an expendable feather, but now that I think about it, do birds even have expendable feathers? Another add to the Google list. I wish I could google "what was I supposed to google" - I might actually get shit done.
