Hartlepool Monkey

This monkey was installed at the marina to collect money for the RNLI , but after a while idiots were taking risks climbing over to steal the money (it's on a pole over the water). so it was filled with plants instead but it seems to have reverted to it's original use .

i suppose everyone knows the relevance of a monkey to hartlepool
