Hornaaaaaado!

My friend Señora Enma and her family made a regional delicacy this afternoon. It's pig meat in plantain-peanut sauce cooked over night in a wood-fired oven. I arrived too late to see the preparation process but I've put in my order for breakfast tomorrow. If I don't make it to their house by 6:30am chances are the giant pot will be all sold out!
