Naturally. As this is the 150th anniversary of the birth of Beatrix Potter what could be more appropriate? Of course Knottman, playing the role of Mr. McGregor, is fortunately shooting with a Lumix rather than a shotgun.

I am assuming that followers in New Zealand, Oregon and Switzerland all know about the Peter Rabbit stories.

But Miss Potter (as the film of her life was called), was a highly talented botanical illustrator. She did wonderful fungi paintings and contributed to our scientific understanding of them. She also loved the English Lake District and in addition to breeding the famous Herdwick sheep she left 14 farms to the National Trust and in doing so made a major contribution to our much loved landscape.
