My two beauties!

BACKBLIP: Trying to catch up with my blips, nearly there!

Mae and Charlotte, my two granddaughters came round to see me on my birthday. These two precious little girls have brought so much joy into our lives, that sometimes it overwhelms me! We saw little of them in their early years as we were living abroad but now we are back in the UK, we see them at every opportunity.

Precious Moments:
Sometimes, we fail to take the time
To relish the little moments in life.
To watch the earthworm
Surface in early morning rain.
Or the spider
Spin its web.
We miss the summer leaves
Become a spectrum of colours in fall.
Forget to count the petals on a clover.
The insignificant moments we tend to neglect,
Are the moments most precious
