Getting serious now.....

Rain and lots of it. A flash downpour last night and continuous rain tonight. This is some of the winter barley that was sprayed off with glyphosphate nearly3 weeks ago to help it ripen. It is now past time it should have been cut. It is starting to brackle over and will be very hard to combine without a lot of the heads being cut off and landing on the deck. The joys of farming. These are some stray heads of wheat in among the crop.
