Sunrise at Bras D'or

The last morning at Baddeck, Cape Breton and I really hate to leave here. Just a beautiful location with the lake right in town. 

I walked down to the water just as the sun  came up over the hill and the whole area was bathed in golden light.  So worth getting up and taking a walk at 6am.  But I had only taken my iPhone!!!

Now in Halifax right on the waterfront..might be too big a city for this nature lover!  But we are only sleeping and eating here. Tomorrow is a trip to Peggy's Cove.  Tomorrow afternoon might be a sail on a wooden tall ship!
