Brown Thrasher

Sort of a quickie - I'm headed out to dinner with the Ladies tonight - I'll catch up tomorrow.

I've been enjoying the fact that a couple of Brown Thrashers have been coming to the front porch for the tiny bits of seed I'm putting out there these days (trying to avoid piles of seed, so that it's all eaten by the birds and the bears don't catch wind of it). I've never had Thrashers as regular diners at the café before. Such a treat! I love his long legged look here.

The bear cubs - still clutching their gold medals - still at #1 on the popular page wanted me to thank you once again. I guess there being a 72 hour rule or something, they'll be dropping off there any minute. It's been a great ride!
