Swiss Bliss

What a lovely way to spend a Wednesday.  A classic Blipmeet involving cafes, gardens, photos, food and of course Blipfriends!  It was good to catch up again with Nicoiseannie, BlackTulip, JohnRH & W, hildasrose & SHH and BedsWizzard - and also to meet ApolloFly and Lisa24270.


My main Blipfoto was taken inside one of the follies in the Swiss Garden at Old Warden.  It's called The Chapel, and I loved the stained glass window which was rather over-the-top for such a tiny structure.  I've also included, in Extras, images of a resident peacock (minus his usually resplendent tail feathers), the Swiss Cottage, a window in the stalactite-lined Grotto, the Garden Room and finally some of the beautiful flowers in the exquisite garden at nearby Jordan's Mill where we enjoyed lunch together.
