A few leaves

Another day of doctors' visits and labs, so not much chance for blipping, but when I parked at the medical center I found this tree right in front of me.  At that time the sky was overcast and I really liked the way the bark looked.  By the time we came back, it was bright sunshine, so the ultimate photo was not quite as I imagined.  I like the way the little clumps of leaves project from the tree at odd intervals.

When all was done, I was able to get back home to tea and "The Great British Baking Show," which is now on public television.  I love this program, and one of the things that strikes me is how very civilized and friendly everyone is, despite the fact that it's a competition.  We have Season 3 on now, and I am hoping to be able to get back seasons as well.
