On the application of spoons

I left this note before curling up and sleeping for about four hours yesterday.

Having a chronic disability means that you need to pace yourself and measure out your spoons well. Unfortunately I didn't manage to pace myself very well and was running on empty since I'd woken up, after completely wiping myself out I had to go on a recharge.
