Garden

My old lens is definitely going in the bin - it now rattles and I dont' think it will be worth repairing. I am not sure I can justify buying a new one at the moment, and I'm not sure what to buy - the same again (18-55mm zoom) or a fixed 35mm lens. In the meantime, and to help me make up my mind, Paul has kindly lent me his 50mm lens to try. So far, I'm loving it, although it has only been a day. Mostly, I love the wide aperture it will give me (f1.8). Anyway, it's certainly rekindled my interest in photography (but it is hard to be interested if you don't have a decent camera that works!), so you might even get more than one blip a week from me!
