Making Lime Pickle

The first stage. Fifteen limes, approx 40 cloves of garlic, 50g chilli powder and a pile of salt.

Mixed and mashed to capture the juice, and then steamed to soften. Now I am supposed to leave it for two days in a warm place before adding cumin seeds, asafoetida and mustard seeds.

I've never made it before so no idea how it will turn out.
