Abstract Thursday: Run-

-ning water. 
My English friend and I indulged ourselves with a pedicure then lunch at our Vietnamese restaurant in the Czech Republic today. This was followed by coffee and cake and a promise to myself to start the diet tomorrow. I usually take Hubby a takeaway when we go there but I didn't today. I felt guilty when he came home this afternoon so I cooked Chinese noodles for him for dinner tonight.
