Thunderstorm

The first real all afternoon and evening thunderstorm of the summer. Serious thunder , but the biggest lightening bolts seemed to occur when I brought the camera in the house , or while waiting for the  lens to unfog. Yes, it was that humid here in NY . The old weatherman phrase hazy , hot, and humid comes to mind. Needless to say , given the weather there were no AOG games today as all of the venues are outdoors. Most of the birds were heading for cover as I was getting home and this was just starting. This is my first successful lightening bolt photo. Not a great one but a start!
