Pipes

A stormy day, with hot sunshine between thundery showers.

Tonight we welcomed our Hungarian visitors with a BBQ. Patrick played the pipes and they all had a try themselves. Three students, all aged 15, and their teacher, are here for the week from Budapest. Their visit is a prize for writing an essay about Jane Haining, who was born in Dunscore, taught in Budapest and died in Auschwitz.

I am taking them all to the beach on Tuesday...Hope the weather is fine.
