Edinburgh Zoo

Met up with L and her boys for a trip round the zoo. We all have membership and it has a good combination of grassy spaces to run around, play parks, coffee shops and of course lots of animals. The reptile handling show was a hit this time, we all held the tortoise and stroked the snake. I'd never done either before - funny how you give your kids all these experiences yet you've not done half of them yourself! I think it's time for me to do them too ...tho not sure the insect holding is going to happen :-D.
Hill reps with the Harrier's in the evening - wet n windy but done and back home to watch a bit of the olympics.
