Beachy

Surprisingly we spent most of the day by the pool or in the apartment EXCEPT for a brief explore of beaches 'on the way'* to the Mercadona.

This evening we returned to the beach for our evening meal. The chef didn't arrive until 8 which wasn't ideal but not the end of the world either - unlike his liberal use of herbs which resulted in Smallest refusing to eat anything. The paella was good though.

Fortunately, we were sat almost directly under the take off flight path of Alicante Airport so that distracted him intermittently!
