Ripening grapes

My vine has taken over a large part of my garden this year and is scaling a sycamore tree to the height of over 3 metres

There's lots of baby grapes but I'm hopeless at knowing how and where to prune to ensure I get a few succulent bunches in September rather than a myriad of under-sized grapes
