Holiday nails

Carys picked the colour, I picked the sparkle.

Last day of summer school for Carys and last bit of tennis for Will for a while. The day has been long and I had far too much to do, but it is all now done.

Now I need sleep but watching the men's team pursuit gold medal race is not conducive to sleep. My heart is still beating rapidly twenty minutes later.
