It doesn't look good

Sunday started with a bit of a disappointment.  The framily picnic we were going to was cancelled do to illness....and other things coming up for folks.  So....I had to eat the chips and dip I was going to take....while Sugar polished off some donuts.  We obviously made the best of it.  

We worked on finishing up Sugar's packing for camp, and I got busy working on editing pictures from the show on Saturday.  In the afternoon, we decided to snuggle on the couch and watch a movie together.  We wanted to spend our last day together (for awhile) giving each other a lot attention.  Well.....that ended sort of badly.  While snuggling I was playing with Sugar's hair...and low and behold....I found a nit.  sigh.....head lice.  She hasn't had it since that one time in preschool.  Oh the joy.....and right before camp.  GREAT.  So....we started treatment....and I made those dreaded phone calls to everyone she had been around in the last few weeks.  No idea where she got it...and it doesn't matter....we just have to be responsible and take care of it.  As you can see from the picture....even Ivy was bummed out.  Not really how we wanted to spend our afternoon and evening...but grateful to have caught it before camp.
