Leaving Meadow Hut

It was another beautiful sunny day at the Snow Farm.  The Boss (from Tussock Tales), Piano Lady, The Tuner and I walked from the Lodge down the valley to Meadow Hut, where we had our lunch. (Extra photo).  

These 5 people in my main photo left Meadow Hut after lunch and headed off on a Ski Tour.   Three were wearing skins, and two snowshoes.  We watched while they went off on their adventure.

There was a race on while we were walking back, so we had to keep clear of the skiers who were speeding down the hill at the rate of knots!  When we got back to the Lodge, we sat on the outside balcony in the sun to have a cool drink before heading for home.  Another perfect day.
