And they trust me?

Guest wi-fi has never worked in the new office since the move a couple of weeks ago and nobody has got to grips with it to make it work. So I decided I would and rang IT. After a bit of testing in the office they sent me down to the room of wires to check some more things but as we share an office with a number of other businesses it was rather daunting when they got me unplugging and re-plugging things in. I could just imagine the fuss if I took the whole building off-line! It all worked out for the best though.
