Choux

My choux pastry flopped, I should have pierced them with a pin to release the steam but I got sidetracked.

Was also promised a bottle of Patron tequilla before midnight but it was late so bang went that photo opportunity.

Made far too much special fried rice, will be eating it for days. Good job it was tasty!

Rock Band bass arrived today too, it's a very nice instrument :)
