Great Willowherb and Seed Head

It was blowing a gale when I shot this seed head entangled on a Great Willowherb plant by the riverside so in the end I was quite pleased to get an image that was reasonably composed and sharp. The plant was positively dancing in front of my lens and any moment the seed head was liable to be blown away.
