Bramble time

There is work to be done in the garden, including hacking down some rampant brambles, but most will have to wait while we harvest this year's lush blackberry crop. At last, a reason to be grateful for the wet spring! More blackberry and apple crumble is about to be made plus packing away a good store of berries in the freezer for winter puds.
