Balloon Fiesta!

Very disappointed with the balloon fiesta. The weather just wasn't right for the balloons to go up at all. This was as much of the balloons as we saw. They tried to tether but it was just too windy. We did manage to watch the night glow and fireworks from a distance. At least the weather was sunny and warm.
