Life at a snails pace

Well today was the first of many Saturdays we have to work:(
Wasn't to bad of a day but it was so hot in the plant. I am so glad I work in one of the air conditioned departments, although we freeze in the winter! At last we have gotten the rain we so desperatly needed. Sat on the front steps in the rain trying to capture the snails in the garden and was once agian wishing for a macro lens or at least some extension tubes. Maybe for Christmas, fingers crossed. I would like if the snails were sharper but these will have to do for now. Had a nice walk with Becca to watch the sunset which was amazing. As we headed for home the skies opened up and I loved it. We had a fun, wet walk home, splashed in some puddles and sang a chorus of "Singing in the rain" Bet that is your earworm now, you're welcome. A few more over on Flickr (booklover61 )
