2012 challenge - Imperfection

In a perfect world, everything is pre-thought out to eliminate problem causing situations.
This being an imperfect world, the placement of this light is EXACTLY where an opened car door will slam into it, causing the paint to chip.

I had been trying to figure out what to blip for this when this "blip-portunity" came up as we stopped at the ATM machine for some cash.
