Go For Gold

With Mahe Drysdale winning a gold medal in the men's single sculls it had to be a blip with something gold coloured.  These daffs are blooming in Kuirau Park.  I was waiting for a red car to go past and be in the background but I got the Hobbiton tour bus instead.  It's about an hours drive to the Shire's Rest.  Visitors can see the Hobbit Holes, Green Dragon Inn, the Mill and structures created for The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit movies.
