Afternoon Tea

Last night I had a gig with band No.1. We were playing for an after the wedding ceilidh at Manley Mere near Frodsham. 

The bridegroom met us as we arrived and we asked how the wedding had gone. "Better than I expected" he said.

It was  a lovely evening so guests could wander by the Mere when they weren't dancing.

The photo is of one of the beautiful and unusual table decorations. They'd had afternoon tea after the ceremony instead of the usual big meal.
