Mussel Farms

Dick took a kayak trip in the Murray River near mussel farms.  Each buoy has a 9" sock tied to it with baby mussels in it. In 2 years the mussels grow large enough to harvest. These farms are all over PEI in long rows in the water. We cooked 2 lbs of them for lunch. Yum!
