The greatest Olympian of all time!

My usual morning routine since the Olympics started, is to watch whatever live events are on during breakfast/morning tea time. And we've been enjoying the swimming events ... can't figure out why they're so late in Rio, poor swimmers were swimming till 11:30pm!!!! They're eleven hours behind HK time.

I was fortunate enough to watch Michael Phelps again, this time winning his 22nd gold medal. What an achievement and his story is just amazing.

Met up with friend Bonnie straight after for a bit. It's been a while since we've seen each other, as summers are so quiet here ... Good to see her finger is healing really well and she's on to physio now.

Ready for the weekend, we are!
