Early Morning Warm-ups

Morning competitions are expected to be held today however the afternoon is still up in the air because of extreme heat warnings.  I came across this grasshopper doing bikram (hot) yoga this morning at the Hughes Hollow AOG Yoga studio, captured here just as he was about to move from locust position to upward facing dog.
