Exertion

I dragged Mr DawnAgain (not quite kicking and screaming) to our local lido first thing this morning and we discovered a parallel universe of friendly people who like swimming outdoors. It was adult lane swimming - I purposely chose a child-free session - and a lovely way to start the day, gently swimming up and down, followed by a poolside coffee. We will return!
