Supporting the Linda Norgrove Foundation

My main achievement of the day has been to draft some text about Linda Norgrove, the British aid worker who was killed in Afghanistan in 2010. Mr hazelh and I support the charity set up in her name: the Linda Norgrove Foundation.

Thanks to Bivbov who has diagnosed my knee injury as hamstring tendonitis. It is improving and I hope to be running again next weekend.
