Back to Bowls

The twins were bowling again today but their touch deserted them and all of the other "top" juniors.

Fraser and Anna who have been the finalists int he other two competitions did not progress to the semi finals today, Mimi too and only one of the previous semi-finalists went through, the top kids had an off day, it happens but learning to lose is all part of the game and also an important life lesson.  The twins were gracious and congratulated their opponents whilst some of the other children were petulant and rude which was a sorry sight but I guess that mirrors how they are taught!!!! 

Here we see Fraser and Anna enjoying each other's company and the game and example to many other kids and parents!!! I am as proud of the twins today for the way they played and their dignified and mannerly approach as I was when Fraser lifted his two titles
